Pre-Purchase Inspections
An RMC INSIGHT home inspection enables buyers to make a confident, informed purchase decision. Understanding that the actual price of a home is equal to the purchase price plus the cost of repairs and upgrades required, if significant immediate repairs are required, the buyer is able to choose from the following options:

Pre-Listing Inspections
Knowing the true condition of a home can help sellers set a realistic selling price. Information is provided on needed repairs and maintenance, which if completed, will make the house more saleable. Pre-listing inspections are particularly useful where the seller has not actually lived in the house, such as owners of rental properties, trustees , or a lender listing a property after foreclosure.

Our detailed full condition report enables homeowners to prioritize repairs and can help determine the feasibility of renovations or additions.

Our reports comply with CAHPI(BC) Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics and are completed on site and delivered at the end of the inspection.
