Our commercial inspections provide the client with valuable information on the condition of a property, including "ballpark" estimates for making corrections to the conditions identified. Our expertise is that of providing opinions on the condition of a property as relates to:

Due Diligence: pre-purchase structural and mechanical inspections of commercial and industrial properties

Quality of Construction: whether or not construction has been completed in compliance or non-compliance with industry standards

Performance Standards: whether or not construction components and mechanical systems are performing their intended function
Problem Identification: identification of problems utilizing extensive experience inspecting similar properties as the norm or standard

Deferred Maintenance: identification of and opinion on nature and scope of maintenance items

Cost for Maintenance and Repairs: estimating approximate costs for major repairs caused by poor construction, deferred maintenance, non-performance and other substandard conditions

Professional Inspection Standards: professionally qualified inspectors.

The purpose of our surveys is to visually observe specific construction components of the structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and to list our observations of conditions which we identify to be in need of immediate repair.

Subsequent to our field inspection, we provide our clients with a written report which includes a listing of our observations, conclusions and suggested actions, as well as approximate cost estimates for making corrections to major problems observed.

Our inspection reports are narrative in format and are accompanied by photographs documenting the condition of the property.
