Rose Marie C. Moore,
Principal

 

 

Rose Marie is a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) with CAHPI(BC) and a Certified Member with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).

 


 

 

As well as running a thriving building
inspection business known for professionalism and attention to detail, Rose Marie is recognized within CAHPI(BC) for her contributions at the executive and committee levels.

Rose Marie holds a Diploma in Business
Administration & Marketing from the University of Ottawa and a Diploma of Applied Sciences from the C.E.G.E.P. de l'Outaouais in Hull, Quebec.

Working closely with institutions such as VANCITY Savings Credit Union, Bank of Montreal, Surrey Metro Savings Credit Union and the Royal Bank. Rose Marie delivers Home Buyer Seminars on a regular basis.

In addition Rose Marie owns copyrights to the HOME INSIGHTS Reporting System utilized by many home inspection firms throughout Canada.

 

Rick Buchamer, Inspector

 

 

 

Rick Buchamer is also a Registered Home Inspector with CAHPI(BC). Since starting his home inspection career in 2005 with RMC INSIGHT, Rick has completed hundreds of
residential home inspections and developed a well-earned reputation for his thorough inspections and excellent communication skills. Rick's previous training and years of experience give him valuable, hands-on knowledge of how buildings and their various components work. Rose Marie started her career at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) in the appraisal and inspection departments and then became a municipal building inspector. She further held different senior management positions in the mortgage insurance and retail banking industries prior to starting her Home Inspection Business in April 1995.
